In there interest of good business practice the consumer expects an answer to valid questions. If you have invested money into this game at any point you would want to make sure you are not taken for a sucker. This community has had enough. We want Kabam to take responsibility and to treat us with respect.

Yes, this is now the fourth thread started asking for answers on the same issue. You can delete a thread but not answer it? It is not logical.

50 crystals opened and only 1 3star and 1 4star. The rest were all two stars. I think I have better odds playing Powerball lottery.

I used 200,000 battle chips worth for the uncollected arena crystal and got 75 units with the rest being gold. I then opened 100,000 battle chips worth of original arena crystals and received 450 units. I think the upgrade is a way to burn through your bank and end up having to use money to pursue advancing in the game.
