You have some champions who really shine in Act 6, like Corvus, Doom, Archangel, Ghost, and Aegon. The global in 6.1.3 is Long Distance Relationship. No, OP is right. When you explore the side quest, you get 1/4 points in the solo objective. I got paragon yesterday, and that's what happened for me. This is a game issue, contact support
