Not a mistake.. it’s 123 damage per shock debuff over 9 seconds.. that’s roughly 14 damage per second or around 7 per tick since it ticks every half second.. so it really is a weak shock and is almost useless. Though doing the math, 8 shocks should be showing 54 damage per tick (roughly), but that could just be that not…
