Personally I think it’s completely unnecessary to implement a level 60 requirement. If you have the cavalier title, you can easily do at least the completion of the Canadian difficulty. I’m level 55 and I’m on the 6.2.6 champion boss yet I can’t do a side quest event not because of skill, not because of characters, but…
