Due to issues related to the release of Mastery Loadouts, the "free swap" period will be extended.

  • Haha the solution seems to be to just call all parts of the game compensation. Appreciation week = compensation. Login calendar = compensation. 10 year anniversary event = compensation. Also love that the response to all complaints is that we are all wrong and that the compensation was actually great...
  • There’s basically 2 ways to treat a loyal player base.. 1. Our players are the best! Stuck with us through all the issues, let’s show them how much we appreciate them. 2. Our players will stay whatever we do. Let’s just give them some **** and then ignore them. Wont make a difference.

What was ”the rest of the teams” feedback to the community complaints? Alot of people has also been asking for how you all figured the compensation. How was it calculated?
  • The lack of response is bizarre. 700 complaints posted on their own forum and complete silence. Whats the plan, do nothing and hope the problem will just magically disapear? I’m genuinely curious to know.
  • The gift and the event doesn’t allow for constructive feedback. It’s just insulting. Also there’s been page after page of feedback about comp before you released it so clearly while you ”welcome constructive feedback” you also choose to completely ignore it.

  • Had this just been an appreciation week it would be great. As compensation and as a thank for staying with the game through all it’s issues of late it is a joke though. Be very interesting to get some insight on how this was decided.
  • @Kry0h @mostlyharmlessn I agree priority should be to fix issue. That’s taking a while though so think it might be a good idea to make some moves that encourages players to stick around.
