whos gonna give me my alphas 2 back? I've chosen specific mistic champs and ranked them to R4 like thousands of people? now I wont use them in defence cuz dexternity doesn't count like before. Seriously Kabam give all people opportunity to rank down mistic champs

exactly, for some reason we chose those champions and ranked them up to R4/R5 because we liked the way it worked, now they are less effective and we should have opportunity to rank them down

what did u expect? you buy a ferrari with bi turbo then after two years it has been taken back from your car, you want ur money back, don't u? some people bought all special offers and ranked mystic champions cuz they loved the way the MD works

How long it took you guys? From the very beginning I told ya its a global issue Why nobody took it serious? You needed 2 weeks of people complaints to see that the issue is impacting tousands on them? Why there was no single check by somebody before? Maybe you need to hire a proper incident manager cuz u dont have any?

like year ago or even more there was a global issue with login, people with other suffix than .com were unable to login or reset the password, now this is happening again if u are logged on ur device and have any feature that remembers your password its fine problem appears once u logged off and its asking you to put ur…

the thing is that people cannot login with their proper credentials then they try to change password that also doens't work and MODS giving some links to support that do it manually, why standard login and password reset doesn't work? when you fix it?

this is a global issue but MODS DO NOT UNDERSTAND that this is not visible until we wanna reset our passwords, they push us to support that copy paste same [removed by moderation] over and over

support asking for stupid things, the point is that this is a global issue and u have to fix it, it doesnt affect a person or 2, its global and it will touch all that have specific mail addresses, once u had that issue and now it came back, please fix it
