Reduced crystal Shards are free. Also maybe reduced gmc’s etc.

Agree with the other forum response that this means other people get 2 chances at the correct crystal and the others will still only get one, since the first one was still in fact the wrong crystal. So you need to send 2 to the people who opened the wrong ones, if you’re sending an extra to the ones who got the correct…
