I think it could something like the stun that happens then you make heavies and specials where a lot of space is created. The oppenent is in somekind of stun . Maybe they though this was not necessary and removed it.

I think Sandman ist stronger because eh can control all sand while dust only can control her own particels. If the location is a desert Sandman while most likely win and if it is a normal location than it comes to if sandman can take Dust particels or she can hold them to together. I think Sandman could do the same as dust…

Kraven needs a buff to his traps like they get again place when the Opponent dashes in then forward or backwards so its easier for you play him to his best.
