You get dupe. As a mid level level player i dont have any 4* dupe. Just one dupe with awakening gem.

Are you talking about premium hero crystal. If you do try to store them till atleast 10. Open them once. But it still its not gaurantee. Its always luck. Other crystals you have can spin and hope. Its total luck based. Me too looking for some specific champs ( quake , nebula , medusa) dont have any of them. My best luck is…

I don't think its that easy coz i am also mid level player playing for 6 months just completed act 4.4.2 as i am not regular. And i have just one duped champ that is yondu. Maybe monthly quest completing 100%. Or some unit deals will give give you awakeing gem( only if you have enough units)
