He's also sometimes good for defense in BGs. He's a bit tanky and his specials stall for time. I won a few fights this round of BGs with him.

There is only one CON I've seen in the crucible... and that's the placement on the far right of the Special Quests screen. That spot is almost sacred for our favorite punching bag, Winter Soldier, and his realm of potion farming friends :D

Act 6 was the last time I had to think about ranking champs to clear story content. I kind of miss that kind of challenge.
