Just fought Domino in aw today and I tried to swipe back while i was blocking her double medium and my block dropped and she combo'd me to death. I just read through the Patch 23.1 Bug fix notes and it does not state that this issue is now resolved, however, It was stated by @"Kabam Lyra" in this thread here…

Here's a tip, quit the game for a few days and return then open your crystals, your luck will be higher than it is. Same when you spend, if you spend too much, the game will pick it up and will milk the daylights out of you since you are accepting the **** it gives you. Thor Jane foster's sp1 isn't really unblockable Lots of times during this quest the phone will trigger off a heavy attack without my fingers on the screen and well it's 5hc to k.o, gets dam frustrating especially at the end of the path.
