@DalBot @Chobo9 are you experiencing any issues with Crit Bleeds not being applied normally? I don't usually fight with the Red Hulk synergy I go SP3/SP2 and get Crit Bleeds and use SP1 to refresh. I'm getting 0 Crit Bleed Procs. I just wanted to see what you were seeing.

Really, this sounds to me like something you knew was not working properly. Rather than being proactive Kabam continues to let the mastery stay the same, hoping that we don't catch it. I think for me it would come down to the boost for Ghost Rider in your case. Blade is worth it just to boost your GR and have a Judegement place every time. I also have a 4/55 Quake and would jump on a Blade if possible, but that is just me. I'm not the world's greatest Quake player.

Sabertooth would be #1 if you have a strong Killmonger with him. Luke Cage is a GREAT option for R4

I struggled with this one as well. I actually took off Dexterity from my Mastery, and pushed through this and the Spite chapter of Variant (2.1). I honestly think if you drop Dexterity, even with the block damage you could make a clear without Revives. I leaned heavily on Cap IW, and Luke Cage would be a good option. With…
