What time do the calendars normally start? (Ie. Midnight EST/PST etc.) Trying to do my final Necro push for 100% to get Valiant in time for the new Cal. (Probably a dumb Q but I can't remember).

I got the same generic response. I'm hoping the wording was wrong and they actually meant to say that they are still working on it and that we need to be patient.
