They are trying to balance the game, as you can see as you mentioned all that champs, they are ok but not vulture. You only see that ton of armor in spider mission, and if you keep using dextery(incenarating) the chitauri energy will keep dropping and you need it to armor it up. Yeah but he is like the worst champion right now, even Rhino and Ronan/Shehulk are better than him, it's so unbalanced. He should have bleed and power gain or drain too, or something...
