This s a joke, constantly lagging issues, block not working properly, now this at end of AQ and AW, cost us points and rewards, this needs addressing to stop occurring, people spend good money on this game, needs a big compensation package this time, people will walk away!

So annoying, some of us have limited availabley due to work and life!!!! Can't play when I want too! But they want my money!!!

I have same problem, I even reset my mastery points hoping that would help, so even more units wasted, and my characters are weaker in the arenas as I'm waiting to use the points on the masteries I want unlcked! Not amused!
