• If it's ability prec can't be reduced, no mastery or node or ability can be prevented to activate, at least that's how it has always worked with him till now, never got a crit failure since he was released

• Mysterio is supposed to be immune to ability prec reduction in his description, that's why he never was affected by crit failure till now
