  • from my observation, and im somewhat guessing of course, but through opening PHC in batches i think that it could be around 3% chance for a 4*. i opened 100 and got 3. i opened 75 and got 2. i opened 60 and got 1. so from that i guess an average rate could be somewhere between 2-5% chance but im pegging it at closer to 3%…
