  • i got a response from support and thought to share it here in case other people encountered this. the tickets are indeed from previous events and so are not active in the current gifting event. hence why i can't use them now.

  • all it says is that i can use it to send a gifting crystal but as i said in the gifting interface that opens after i click the gift button i don't see it anywhere

  • just an update, it seems that when only wi fi or celluar is enabled then the download after the log in proceeds ok, only when both are active the download gets stuck.
