I tested it on my older device (Android vs. iPhone) earlier and it wasn't working. Restarted my device too - but NOW the text is there. So, assuming it's been fixed. :)

Check the other thread. The rewards for the cards changed. They probably attempted to update them and mucked it up (as expected). SSDD

If you preview the paragon stamp the offers changed. There are more shards and now a t5c frag crystal. They definitely broke it when seemingly attempting to upgrade the card, probably adding in a true TB level that is not visible yet. ah ha. well thank you for pointing that out :) I had checked auntmai so I couldn't see the Bio there and (usually) never read those in game. Will know for next time!
