Unfortunately it doesn’t only affect top alliances. If your following reddit you probably saw posts from people in all kind of alliances showing their loss against weaker alliances. Just because of diversity or defenders rating. But the point is about Kabam making an official announcement just to change their mind the next…

With this system, there is no need to have over 100 different defenders. There is no point in using She Hulk or Spidergwen on defense when you only need 50 unique defenders per battlegroup.
