My point is that when we had the ridiculously long outage a while ago, we got told they were taking a few days to work out appropriate compensation based on how different players were affected. If they had spent those days getting to the root of the problem maybe we wouldn't be having as many problems now!

I'm trying to suggest they need to change that message! It's always the first thing that comes up, followed by I would recommend "Unable to connect to game, this may be a problem at your end or ours. Please try reloading the game later!"

I hope you put serious thought into it! Perhaps for a change you should consider giving units out as compensation as in the past the compensation given has been items that many of us either have in abundance or have no use for. At least with units we could decide how to use them to best improve our individual gaming…

Ok this is ridiculous now! 3hrs gone, and now I have to go work so that's my game time for the day completely lost! still a few paths left finish Master on monthly quest we're nearly out of time!! cannot afford lose whole mornings worth time!!!

So nothing to say @Kabam Lyra, @"Kabam Miike", @"Kabam Sophia", @"Kabam Zibiit", etc... You make us wait all day with no explanation about why the rewards are delayed, then you tell us the problem is fixed when it clearly hasn't been! How long are we supposed to wait for a response this time????

Nope! Tried logging out then back in, restarting phone but still no AQ rank rewards!!

So a whole day since AQ finished and this is all the info you have?? This happened last AQ some people have got their AQ rank rewards and some haven't, is it the same people missing rewards both times? This is the 2nd time my AQ rewards have been delayed and SA rewards were late too!!

Well I have opened a total of 21 5 star crystals and now have 21 different 5 star champions! I have never duped a single one! And amongst those 21 I have such gems as She-hulk, Ant man, Karnak, Kamala and spidergwen! So my 5 star luck officially SUCKS!!

I got a total of 60 points instead of 65 against a 5☆ Ultron and 4☆ Ultron, 5 duels won total points 300!!

I would suggest at least alliance health potions equivalent to half of a champs health as I'm betting a lot of people were mid AQ or AW fight when this happened AND will now be at a disadvantage.

And what about the inevitable loss of half my SIM's health as it crashed mid AQ fight? Should I have to waste my items to fix the damage caused by their servers??

Sick of this cr4p, right in the middle of AQ fight! If I get back in game and my SIM has lost half his life I'm gonna be super pissed. No point complaining to Kabam though as will just get the standard computer generated auto F U!
