for me 4* are still very important. my only good 5* are Blade and Spider-man (Stark), the rest is garbage like Hulkbuster and Iron Fist. I would love to have a 5* Iceman and 5* Loki, duped of course ;) Iceman obviously because he's very good, and Loki is one of my favorite characters.
