I am not in a quest. I can't even start anything. I get this 'Unknown Error' message immediately after I landed at the home page. Haven't even opened my daily crystal. I can open mail but not the other tabs...

also getting this unknown error after updating to the latest update. can't do anything. keeps saying failed to download content and to check the internet connection but I can play another online game...
