The problem is that I get the Summoner Supreme title notification every time I open the game. Pretty please, with sugar on top, please fix.

I know if it was my business and my mistake, I would be on the hook for the incorrect product being available and making good on the desired product. I will keep this thread posted on the resolution and I ask you all do the same. Hopefully we have a positive ending here.

So the crystal was fixed. That's great! Now on to the next... what is the resolution for people who got the wrong crystal like I did? Ticket submitted and I quote, "we don't have any information if you will have another chance for a new crystal". Well isn't that the end of the stick you don't want to be on?

Confirmed its the old crystal. I was expecting the new featured champs in the crystal, not the old featured champs. Granted, the old crystal is a better pool of champs, but I was going for Namor or Cull. Did not want or need any of the champs from the old crystal.
