Venom evade bypass not working
Three separate fights vs stark, Gwen and classic they were evading venoms attacks. Act 5.2.3 buffet global node so nothing should be causing it to not work. Anybody else finding this?4 -

Rupture is a debuff right?
Asking cause fighting cav eq phoenix I had 5 ruptures on her but was inflicting 0 damage which is according to the node for no debuffs applied. Am I missing something?1
