Venom evade bypass not working

Three separate fights vs stark, Gwen and classic they were evading venoms attacks. Act 5.2.3 buffet global node so nothing should be causing it to not work. Anybody else finding this?

venom’s anti-evade comes from his klyntar mutation buff.
buffet eats it before the fight starts, so he can’t stop evasion.

(Without remembering nodes), does Venom still have his Klyntar Buff at the time (black buff icon if I remember correctly). He needs to keep that Klyntar in order to shut down standard “evade” like OG Spidey.

As for Gwen, that might be due to something else (?)

Thanks. You’re right about buffet removing it. Don’t know why I didn’t clue into it being a buff. (Although clearly says so in his info haha) Thought it was a passive thing Cheers

Well done for accepting that so quickly.

There's one of these threads every few months about Venom, and it's almost always a Buffet node or something similar 😉
