I believe the reason is that there used to be more then one path, but when they shortened the amount of paths in each quest some people ended up with that happening to them due to a path they explore… (View Post)

I'm pretty sure the problem was that when you reached 10 charges, the armor wouldn't trigger but the charges also wouldn't reset, so as soon as the neutralize dropped off a single hit would give them… (View Post)
