For now I would just collect the 30 votes for the champion but don't collect the reward selector until it's fixed. The selectors have a 30 day window to claim, just wait.3 -

It may have to do with the Exclusive Solo Event that was supposed to be a part of the launch but I have not seen any other information but what is on the website. Maybe you can get some answers1 -
