I love Nebula. Have her at rank 3 with absolutely no regrets. Big damage, easy power control, emergency regen, triple immunities. Learn how to play her well and you won't be dissapointed. (View Post)

Use Torch. His incinerates reduce/reverse the regen from masochism. Also, since you will be applying so many debuffs, you will keep masochism on cool down and be able to Parry like normal. (View Post)
