How can insert redeem codes on game???

Please... HELP!!! I do not know how to insert the redeem code i need your help!!!

    Hey there, the steps will vary a little bit depending on if your code was for an Apple device or a Google one.

    If it was Apple:
    -Open the iTunes Store app
    -Tap "Games"
    -Tap "Redeem" at the bottom of the page
    -Enter your code

    If it was google:
    -Open the Google Play Store app
    -Tap the menu and select "Redeem"
    -Enter your code
    -Tap "Redeem"
