Story Mode 5.1.3 Flare not working

Running through it today and notice no on hit healing. Im not ever hit by specials so heal block don't matter.

So effectively its a Degen node. Please fix issue... shouldn't have to buy Res just to get through something so easy

    Hi there, the Flare node wouldn't provide any healing by itself, but it would provide the Attack increase still. Is there a particular path you were going through or Champion that you were using that should have been healing?

    Sigh... now i feel like dope.. didnt read it correctly. Confused it with another node type. Nevermind...

    Assume you confused it with life transfer - flare gives no healing but a massive attack boost so the goal is to bring burst damage champions to down them fast
