Kabam wont help when you get hacked!

Hello everyone. Today my account got hacked, they sold all my 5* and 4* and wasted all 5* shards. I've been in contact with kabam and they refuse to restore my account. Two years of playing and cash gone. And kabam doesn't help at all.
And even when I ask to speak with someone higher up, they keep sending me support answers.

Is this how we loyal player should be treated?
I would be really grateful if this thread gets some help.

    This is ludicrous. Kabam needs to make this right. To turn your back on a faithful and loyal customer for over 2 years when they have been hacked is not good business. Kabam please do the right thing.

    Totally Agree! after spending 2 years as a lojal customer! I know there is a way for you to restore the account. This shouldnt be an issue for you! Make it right!

    Are you Serious Kabam? Help him to get his Account back. IF you cant fix it, recruit some real developers and give him full refund and compensation for the time he spent the last 2 years. 15$/hour sounds fair?

    Also i hope this gets repoorted to Apple or Google as the app on thier store is "Hackable" and they do something about it. this put the whole community at danger.

    Really, Kabam? You can't even restore a hacked account? This is ridiculous, Kabam need to fix this immediately.

    This should be an easy fix. Im guessing you have screen shots of your account to prove what champs you had and what level. Come on Kabam you have to make this right! 2 years of grinding, you have to fix this.

    This should be an easy fix Kabam, just a restore/rollback on his account. It isnt fair to just ignore this.

    Yeah Kabam what's up with that , that's so rude , help your loyal customers , top players make this game too because they spend a lot ! They deserve respect

    Im not suprised since i also got treated like **** by Kabam and lost my 2+ years account . Kabam dont care as long as they dont see the issue like a big financial problem like update 12.0.

    I had the honor of playing in the same alliance as Fabbelichous earlier, and i have nothing but good stuff to say about him, im sorry that some people can`t handle that people moves up in this game and goes to better allys and takes actions to ruin Fabbelichous 2+ years of hard work and investment into this game. SHAME ON YOU!!!

    I hope Apple gets involve since its a breach into their security aswell but i have little hope, that big companys as Apple and kabam will do much unless alot of people get behind this. Today Fabbelichous got hacked, tomorow might be you!

    As the Moderation Team does not have access to in game accounts, we really cannot assist with issues like this in the forums. We don't have the details that the Support Team does, and are not able to discuss account specific issues publicly.

    This does need to be handled with our Support Team. They have the ability to review all the information that you are able to provide, and will make determinations based upon that information along with information in the account.

    Per our Terms of Service, account security begins with the player. Please remember to never share log in information with others and to always log OUT of your account if you are allowing someone else to use the device your game is associated with. Situations like this are certainly concerning, and part of the reason that account sharing and trading are against our Terms of Service.
