Monthly quest is gone. [Merged Threads]

I just finished the first chapter of Uncollected on the new quest and now the monthly quest is gone. IOS 12, iPad Air 2, most recent update.

    Where is my monthly quest? I just finished the quest that I started yesterday then the game kicked me in the menus. Now the complete quest tab is gone. What should I do? I would appriciate if any mods could tell me.

    We're investigating this right now. Can you all confirm for me whether or not you are using more than one device to play the game? If so, did you switch between the two while playing this quest?
