Changed name didnt get new titles yet

I recently after 3 years changed my name i finished act 4 no rush but now i didnt get that new title which gets me better rewards?

    Hey there, the titles will still be coming for everyone who met the requirements for them, but it may take a bit of time for us to send them out to everyone. Don't worry, they'll be on the way though!
