Monthly Stats in Email

Ive got a lot of guys in my alliance getting the monthly stats emailed to them. I have yet to get one and was curious as to what the gap was for my account. Thanks in advance.

    You didnt want to receive promo emails from kabam so now you need to reach out to support to get subscribed.

    Correct; also you can reach the support team from within the game by clicking the gear-shaped icon in the top-left corner of the game's home screen and then scrolling down to the button labeled "Support".

    Support won't work either. They say they don't have the ability to do that

    That was their initial position however a day or two later after a new ticket they said they were able to do it. Just waiting on an email to confirm I was actually resubbed.
