Cant make ingame purchases

I’ve been trying for more than day to make in game purchases I.e. buying units.
But it keeps showing that I can’t complete the transaction.
I’ve got enough money in my iTunes account to make the transaction, and already reported this to iTunes, but the issue is that Apple can’t seem to figure out what could be wrong.
I’m leaning towards the idea that it could be my game account that has the issue in game, which doesn’t allow me to make this purchase.
Anyone has any input on this?

Alternatively, if you would prefer to contact our Support Team from within the game, simply click on the gear shaped icon, located in the top left corner of the Home screen. From there, tap the button which says “Support”, then tap the button that says “Need more help? Contact us”.
