Quake synergy not working

As someone who has a r5 5* Quake, synergies are scarce to come by. So when the few that she actually has do not work, thats a bit concerning to me. The synergy she has with Black widow guarantees an increase in duration and potency of abilities. This is not working.

Both her charges and aftershock are not increasing in damage (potency) nor duration compared to by herself vs paired with Black Widow. I did indeed go for 5* BW because she’d be viable as a 5* and so I could pair with my Quake. I would be quite disappointed to have found out that the synergy is not working as intended if I had pulled her.

    Hey there, would you happen to have any screenshots or video of this? Or be able to tell us what game modes or specifics fights you've noticed this in?

    I have created videos, but I don’t know how to upload them onto the forums. A photo would not be a reliable source as the team and results could not be proven on y’alls end. It’s essentially happening in every aspect of the Contest.

    To provide statistical evidence, I fought a cyclops in EQ and here were the results with Quake:

    Paired with BW: 327 per tick whilst charging and 4298 per tick with 14 aftershock charges

    Without BW: 327 per tick whilst charging and 4298 per tick with 13 aftershock charges
