I would really like his bleeds to stack it would totally change this champ.

    While agree this should be one of his abilities,but he is far more cooler to just sit on bench,even if he stacked bleed there are far more better champs to do that
    He needs an entire ability rework!
    Just to stay a little relevant,
    We have over 80-90 champs that are completely useless in current meta and does not deserve any upgrading material.
