Missing all ing mails from 2018

Hopefully I can get some sort of help, because contacting support looks like almost impossible.

I took a long rest from the game and haven't been playing it last year. After yesterday logging in I've realized there are some leftover masteries, well let's use those points, but MD is now closed and received 0 compensation for it. I remember spending tons on that essential mastery, mainly because I have a duped 5* GhostRider.

    They gave compensation when they re-did it. I'd put in a support ticket to see if they would be willing to re-send it. I wouldn't hold my breathe, though.

    I have 0 mails from 2018, think this glitch happened because I haven't logged in in that year, but I still deserve all the promo stuff and refunds in my opinion, at least because I'm a paying customer who spent a lot of money on this game...

    Don't know if it's so much of a glitch as it is emails expire. Like I said, file a support ticket.
