“You’re Session Has Timed Out” crashing!

Yes, I know you get this message after you have the game running for a while, close you’re device & go back in. However, I’m getting this while I’m in-game, without ever closing my device. It’s happened to me 3 times in the past 20mins. The 3rd time, I was mid-fight on a linked node in AQ. This pi**ed me off so much I had to report this.

Device? iPad 9.7 6th Generation
Where? Everywhere
When? Randomly

    Im having issues with connection when playing -- not sure if its my service or the game
    But it usually only happens when playing. Itll randomly lose connection, sit and load and then never actually load and after a few minutes falls out.
    My buddy is having really bad lag on his phone

    We both have up to date androids.
