very Frustrated with Kabam Support - HELP!!

I wish to change my email address attached to my account for which I provided the info kabam asked for but they keep saying my info is incorrect but wont say how. Most of the info requested was straight forward except for the first 2 real world purchases and account creating date.

I gave the first 2 purchases from my itunes history (I vaguely remember buying for my daughter's mini account in the early days) but the history wont tell me which purchase was for my account.

I gave a date the day I first downloaded the game but I cant see any account creation dates as even my game center has not dates for my early achievements i.e first 2 star.

I have no idea how to satisfy Kabam support as they wont talk to me about it and simply closed the ticket. I am actually emailing them from my original email address attached to my account but no that wont satisfy them!.

I remember creating an account well after I had started playing so I really don't know how to get that info.

PLEASE HELP BEFORE I DIE OF FRUSTRATION!!

    Hey there, for account related requests, you would need to keep working with the Support Team and double-checking to make sure that all of the information you've submitted to them is correct. Once you've provided them with all of the correct information, they'll be able to proceed with the next steps of your request.
