Kabamed...Units are getting reset to ZERO!!!

Am I the only one whose units are getting reset to zero in past 10 days.
It happened twice in past 10 days. In case if I attend a call in between fight and then after the call disconnects... BOOM-- welcome back to the game with zero units...!!! This is really not cool. @Kabam Miike please look into this.
And just wanted to know if anyone else is getting this issue or I am the only one with such domino luck.

    Hey DrBairagi, I'm sorry to hear you're seemingly missing some Units. If you haven't already, I recommend trying the troubleshooting steps below in an effort to resolve this issue.

    - iOS Troubleshooting
    - Android Troubleshooting

    After performing those steps, please check your Unit balance once more. If you're still unable to see all the Units you feel should be there, I recommend reaching out to our Support Team for further assistance. You can contact them by clicking HERE.

    Alternatively, if you would prefer to contact our Support Team from within the game, simply click on the gear shaped icon, located in the top left corner of the Home screen. From there, tap the button which says “Support”, then tap the button that says “Need more help? Contact us”.
