Yesterday Sunday 7th April at about 11.55 p.m (E.E.S.T.) the screen on my iPad had frozen whilst I tried to scroll down to my 2 star hero crystal that I had just won from the versus arena. To my shock, horror & disgust a clobberin' crystal had appeared from nowhere on my screen forcing me to open it. I had no intention whatsoever in purchasing this crystal. As you may notice I am very low on gold and units at the moment and have been painstakingly saving my units to purchase gold in the near future. I hope you can see to reason and kindly give me back my 150 units please as I thoroughly enjoy playing your game.

    Did you open your crystal? If yes, then there won't be any recourse.
