Looking for help with my account

I am looking for help from a mod or dev, awhile back I got a 7 day ban for charging back a $5 bundle (which obviously I did deserve) since then that was kind of a wake up call and I have done nothing to possibly break TOS. I only play on my phone and my ipad, no one has my log in and I don't have any one elses. 2 days ago I was pushing to do a first run of the new variant and on the last path I got disconnected to find out I have been banned for 30 days. After putting in 2 support tickets and not getting any real information on it I am posting this here to try and get some help from a mod or dev. I did not do anything to violate TOS I did not charge back any further charges so I am just trying to get some help to clear this up. Thanks in advance for anything
