Lost phc crystal and units

Just lost a little over 300 units and a phc crystal due to game freezing. As I was spinning the crystal, it began shuttering and just froze up. I had to reopen the game. Once I opened it up again I seen I lost over 300 units and that crystal. Has anyone else had this issue? I put in a ticket for it. Never had units just get taken away before...

    Hi Timros! If you were opening a crystal when your phone froze, the item will still be added to your inventory. As you have already sent in a ticket with Support. Please follow up with them if you need any further assistance. Thanks!
