    He also has more mastery points available to place so he gets a boost to pi from them.

    I put full suicides on and my Rag hulk 4/55 is at 9283. A few hundred higher than just a basic crit rating mastery setup

    I think suicides give the biggest PI boost but i dont run them so i wouldnt know. Recovery probably gives regen champs a big boost too

    Just focus on Masteries that improve you team's ability to win fights. Unless you want that little extra higher bump in points from heavy Arena Grinding. (you don't have to worry about Rating/Prestige for Top Alliance’s who depend on that for getting top spots in AQ)
