BP l3

BP was my first r4 so I've been using him for a long time and know the mechanics of how he works(ed). I've noticed for a while now that when he's ready to lay an l3, it's impossible to stack bleeds.

The only time the bleeds start to stack is when the defender has such little health left that the l3 itself will finish him off. Or, the defender is into their own l2 territory and bleeds are stacking, but if I launch a special it will tip them into the red. When I try to bait the l2 the bleeds wear off. It's been months since I've been able to double a 6-7 stack bleed. As I said, I know the mechanics of BP well, and this is definitely not the way he used to play.

What gives Kabam?

    Bait out specials until they are at a low level and you have a good amount of bleeds. Works for me; my 3* back in the day got like 16 ish stacks once

    We know unannounced changes don't go unnoticed, but what about non-changes? :tongue: There haven't been any changes made to Black Panther. If there was a change, it was unintentional, but I had the team look into it and there has been nothing changed on Black Panther's kit.
