Can we get a Storm rework?

Storm is an awesome character in the MCU, but in mcoc she leaves a lot to be desired. I feel like this champion deserves access to a few different utilities that right now she does not in her kit.
Some of these being things like:
Shock Immunity
The ability to apply shock charges for massive damage
Access to some form of concussion
Another cool mechanic that I thought of while discussing this with one of my alliance members is a new passive or signature ability for storm.
I think it would be neat if she had an ability (passive or signature) where as she gained power - she ramped up attack or power gain buffs, this ability could be called “Encroaching Storm” or “Calm Before the Storm”
