daily pass problem and unit store not available! Help me

Hi everyone,
from this morning, I don't know why, it is impossible for me to receive my rewards for the daily card of the units. The symbol referring to the daily card does not appear on the home. Also when I click on the units shop, it tells me that it is no longer available! how can I solve this problem? Is there anyone who can help me?
