Cull obsidian sp3 before the last update has this text

+10% attack for each persistent charge


after the update they change to
+245.9 attack for each persistent charge

+245.9 with 5* r5


why this is not in the release notes? did i miss anything?

    ok, fair enough, maybe is just for clarification and before was using base attack anyway

    Hey there, was able to confirm that the listed number is still 10% of his attack, just calculated out. Hope that helps clear things up!
